Free Delivery

Sarvh offers free delivery with no minimum order value across supported pin codes, subject to courier serviceability. Delivery takes a maximum of 3 calendar days, including weekends.

15-Day Return Policy

Eligible products can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet condition, tag, and category-specific return requirements. Sarvh pays the return courier cost, so eligible returns are free to you.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on Sarvh, you agree to these Terms and all related policies.

02. Platform Role & Marketplace

Sarvh is a marketplace connecting buyers with independent Indian fashion designers. We provide discovery, listings, checkout, payments, and support. Some products are fulfilled by marketplace sellers — Sarvh is not the seller of record for third-party listings.

03. Account & User Responsibility

Provide accurate information when registering. Keep credentials secure — never share OTPs or passwords. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

04. Seller & User Content

Sellers submit listings, images, descriptions, and highlight stories (short image or video posts visible on their seller profile). By submitting content, sellers grant Sarvh a licence to display it on the platform. You must not upload false, misleading, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove violating content without notice.

05. Product Information & Pricing

We work to keep product details and prices accurate. Stock changes quickly and listing errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel affected orders with notice.

06. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and seller acceptance. Payments are processed via Razorpay and subject to their terms. We may cancel orders due to fraud, stock unavailability, or policy violations. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

07. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery — unused, with original tags and packaging, meeting category-specific conditions on the product page. Non-returnable: intimate apparel, customised products, final-sale items, digital purchases, and gift cards. Sarvh pays the return courier cost, so eligible returns are free to you.

09. Privacy, Data & AI Features

We collect and use personal data to operate the platform, process orders, and personalise your experience. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Virtual Try-On: When you use the try-on feature, a photo you select or capture is uploaded to our servers over a secure connection and processed using AWS Bedrock AI to generate a try-on result. Results are stored on our servers linked to your account so you can revisit your history. You can delete any result from the Try-On section. Your photos are never used to train our AI models or shared with third parties.

AI Chatbot: When you use our AI assistant, your chat history is securely stored to provide a contextual and seamless experience. We do not use your personal identifiers for training broad AI models.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share certain anonymised event data (such as purchases or product views) with advertising partners including Meta Platforms to measure and optimise ad campaigns. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

10. Intellectual Property

The Sarvh name, logo, app design, content, and software are owned by Cottoncode E-Retail Private Limited and protected under applicable law. You may not copy or commercially use them without written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

Do not use Sarvh for fraudulent transactions, data scraping, transmitting harmful content, infringing intellectual property, or interfering with platform security. Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Cottoncode E-Retail Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability in any specific dispute shall not exceed the value of that transaction.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact support first — most issues resolve quickly. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version lives here with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
